Rotomolded Plastic Vehicle Parts and Products
Built for action. Built to last.
Whether your vehicles are built for the open road, the golf course, off-roading adventures or cruising the waterways, they must be built to withstand anything your customers throw at them and look good doing it. At Dutchland, we know tough.
We work with our clients to manufacture strong, colorful and corrosion resistant rotational molded equipment for automobiles, farm tractors, generators, cranes and recreational vehicles — tough, durable and ready for anything.
Crafted from the highest quality plastic on the market, with available customizations including mold-in graphics, colors, textures, foam filling and more, automotive and recreational vehicle equipment manufactured by Dutchland is lighter, stronger and more cost-efficient than traditional metal parts.
Award Winning Work
Dutchland Plastics won the prestigious Conversion Product Award from the Association of Rotational Molders (ARM) at the 2017 Rotomolded Products Competition.
The Oostburg, Wis.-based manufacturer of custom rotational molded plastic products won the award for its work on the ITW / Hobart Mobile Generator, a diesel generator.
Traditionally made of steel, Dutchland Plastics converted the generator’s top hood cover, cable trays and diesel tank using rotomolded polyethylene plastic. Converting the generator to rotomolded plastic provided the customer with several advantages, including a reduced risk of corrosion and rust, increased strength and durability, and a more cost-effective final product.
Anything they can do, we can do better.
Thinking about having your product made using blow molding, injection molding or thermoforming? Think again! Rotational molding, rotomolding for short, is a highly customizable, cost-effective plastics manufacturing process that delivers comparable results to those other molding techniques, but is ultimately more versatile. Dutchland can make pieces those other companies can’t.
